There's much more military presence, police and security in France.
Arriving at Paris I didn't see any at the station, but going back and looking for the Amsterdam train they were noticable.

There were approximately 10 military with rifles overlooking, in groups of 2-4
standing at the plateau to the right side on the video

Paris centrum was painful.
Military in clusters of 4,5,6 were stationned and patrolling at the center/mall I walked to which has a Metro.
The metro was guarded by securité.

Amiens had a securité w/dog patrolling as well as military presence.

My gut tells me Olympic Games Paris 2024 is something else as well. The Q2 last phase of bank restructuring fits nicely in with 50000 official police and military in France.

East entrance by the Javaplein trams. Put alarm on 30mins to wait for things to open at 07:15. Woken up by 2 station-security, one white male and one male North-African or something similar. The latter told me to "say yes" and look into his eyes in an aggressive manner as a reply to his statement that I cannot sleep there or I'll have to go out.
"I'll go then."
Automatically looked into the white security's eyes and it was scanned by his eyes. Walked to the entrance where the N-A security said I'm not welcome here today and he doesn't want to see me.
"Why?"
Pointed at the 'no sleeping' rule at the door.
Asked for his ID.
"You can have a... punch instead"
Shared the energetic situation with the Norwegian Royal House and left.

Female hotel worker let me into the HC WC.
Stomach issues. Sat there for a while and a guy tells me to come out.

Long story short:

Went out. He stood outside.

He proceeded to push it and did so verbally while physically closing in.
I walked.
He began getting more agressive as I did not reply, ending with him grabbing my right biceps from underneat, telling me to walk faster.
"Don't touch me" as I turned to him. He let go, but continued to verbally push it and walk close.
Threw the energy down at the revolving door for future guests to see/feel/know.
He followed outside and said "look here". I've had the same feeling before when people have had a gun under their jacket.
Didn't turn at first, but looked back afterwards.
